Violante & Rochford Interiors is a full-service, boutique design firm based in Santa Fe, New Mexico, though the duo has worked around the country, and whose projects have been featured in major media globally.  They are known for creating spacious, light-filled, chic, and casually-elegant interiors that fulfill the client’s vision, their lifestyle, and addresses both practical issues as well as aesthetic requirements, from traditional to contemporary or a mix.

Paul Rochford and Michael Violante, principals in the company, have been working together for over twenty years, and are also a married couple.  Their experience at creating luxe interiors has made them the choice of a sophisticated clientele who often return to Violante & Rochford for multiple homes and projects. They are located in an historically-significant Arts and Crafts structure on Paseo de Peralta in Santa Fe.

Under one roof,  Violante & Rochford has a notable showroom and one of the largest fabric libraries in the area. Additionally, this space is home to THE STORE, the perfect complement to the core interior design business.  THE STORE is filled with artisanal design objects from around the world, from recycled, hand-blown glass from Paris to cheeky ceramics from Maine, fabrics, furniture, antiques, art, and the most beautiful, unique, and useful houseware needs have been assembled all in one place.  Many of the pieces from Paul and Michael’s world travels.

Violante & Rochford works with a diverse group of creatives to offer their clients the best and boldest resources available, from custom home builders to custom furniture fabricators, antique and art galleries (the duo is known for their brilliant curation of art and antiques for many of their projects), handmade rugs and carpets, landscapers, and more.  They have a team of experts who offer exclusive wall-finishes, custom bedding, lighting, millwork.  And can repurpose any of the client’s own pieces so that it all fits together seamlessly.
